Johan spent ten years alongside chef Christophe Hardiquest , progressing from commis to executive chef.

These years have shaped his cuisine: passion, humility, sensitivity, precision. A balance between rigor and emotion , a deep respect for the product and the artisans , and this constant search for the right cooking and seasoning.

His cuisine is sincere, generous, precise, just like him.

 

Élodie trained in the culinary arts in 2007, developing her skills between the South of France, Australia, and Paris, notably at the Bristol Hotel. Above all, she cherishes relationships, sharing, and the human connection that gives meaning to her work. Mixology became a natural fit for her: a space where creativity and interaction converge. In 2017, she put the restaurant industry on hold to pursue other projects, while remaining connected to this world that resonates with her.

 

Winter 2022, in Châteauneuf-du-Pape , Johan works in a Michelin-starred restaurant in the village, Élodie works at the hotel reception.

Their paths cross… and they will never part again.

 

Spring 2025 in Tinlot, it is during a birthday weekend that we book a night in one of the suites of the Château.

We fell in love with it: a place full of charm and history, peaceful, surrounded by nature.

We immediately felt a connection with the owners, and that's when our project came to life.

 

Maison Nuage is a piece of us.
